We rented a VW camper van 4 wheel drive for 4 people with RENT.IS. After 2 days of vacation we had an engine problem and the company gave us a second vehicle. We had some problems with the strap to move the back seats as the strap were not properly arranged but after some chats with the service person we were able to solve the problem. Some warning lights remained on throughout the trip but the company assured us that it was a sensor problem. We expected better preparation of the vehicle but overall the company was always helpful. The camper van experience was great, we got everywhere with the vehicle, all supplies were perfect. We had a great time.
